Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant/Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic human resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks, while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and working with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and candidate requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining HR documentation and files.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

 

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle or access to a reasonable alternative is required.
  • Two years of human resources experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Paylocity or other HRIS system preferred.
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft products are required.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with attention to detail is required.
  • Comfort level with presenting to small and large groups of staff is required.

Travel:
